Overview:
All users must register in order to access to the Audit Tracker application.
Audit Firm Users
- Go to the Register page and create your account using the email address provided by your firm.
- Select "Audit Firm User" from the Requested Role dropdown, then choose your specific audit firm.
- You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address.
- After verification, your account will be reviewed by an administrator.
- Once approved, you will receive a notification and gain access to the system.
District Users
- Go to the Register page and create your account using the email address provided by your firm.
- Select "District User" from the Requested Role dropdown, then choose your specific district.
- If your email address already exists in the Chancellor's Office system, you may not be required to complete email verification.
- If verification is required, you will receive an email prompting you to confirm your address.
- You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address.
- After verification, your account will be reviewed by an administrator.
- Once approved, you will receive a notification and gain access to the system.
Other Users
Users who need access but do not fall into the categories above should contact the program mailbox directly for assistance.
What You Need to Do:
- Register for the application using the Register page.
- If prompted, verify your email by clicking the link sent to you.
- Wait for an approval notification.
- Once approved, log in and confirm you can access the system and have the expected application permissions.
