Audit Tracker: Application Access and Assistance

Overview:

Access to the Audit Tracker application requires all users to be added as authorized users. Upon being added, users will automatically receive an email invitation to access the system. Accepting the invitation email is recommended but is not required.

Existing Users

Users that were active in the legacy application prior to the migration should have automatically been sent an email invitation during the migration process. If you are unable to locate this email, please reach out to the team mailbox at audittracker@CCCCO.edu.

New Users

All new users must request and accept an invitation to access the Audit Tracker application.

What You Need to Do:

  • Send a request to the program mailbox at audittracker@CCCCO.edu.
  • Once you receive the invitation via email, follow the instructions to accept it.
  • Log in and ensure that the details of your access (college(s), access level) are correct before proceeding.

Overview:

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for enhanced security during the sign-in process. Users must set up MFA after accepting their invitation to access the Audit Tracker application.

Recommended MFA Applications:

  • Microsoft Authenticator Mobile App
  • Google Authenticator Mobile App
  • Google Authenticator Mobile App
  • Authenticator.cc Browser Extension (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox)

Steps to Set Up MFA:

  • Follow the instructions provided in the invitation email to configure MFA on your device.
  • You may use any of the recommended MFA applications or another supported by your organization.

Resetting or Transferring MFA

If you have previously configured MFA to access the application but then change or lose your phone, you will need to complete a MFA reset
  • Reach out to the Chancellor's Office support email (please see, ) to request an MFA reset.
  • After the reset is confirmed, sign into the application again.
  • When prompted by the system, repeat the MFA setup process above to configure MFA on your new device.
